• 60.6% per package – Girl and Volunteer Services – council services, shops, and camps, council-sponsored programs and events, financial assistance; outreach to girls in under served area, volunteer training and materials.
• 22.5% per package – Cost of Sale – payment to cookie company; payment to delivery company, cookie program material, forms and printed resources.
• 16.7% per package – Girl Recognitions – includes girl recognitions, Cookie Dough, and troop profit.
