Every girl has a light that can shine brightly – all she needs is a spark to get her started. There are more than 1,000 girls waiting to join Girl Scouts – won’t you be that spark for a girl who truly needs it by welcoming a new Girl Scout into your troop?

The Opportunity Catalog is an online listing of troop openings for girls and volunteer opportunities for adults. When new members join, the catalog is updated in real time. If you stop or get stuck anywhere along the way, the system automatically sends you an email with helpful information.

Open up your troop to new girls for the 2017-2018 Membership Year!  Update your troop meeting information and your desired troop size. Login to your MyGS, select the Troops tab, and click on the View/Edit Troop Information link at the bottom of the page.

We encourage you to add your troop, so new girls or those seeking a troop can find available options in their community. You may also complete our Opportunity Catalog form and we will update your troop information. Please complete the form for EACH troop you oversee, so we know how you’d like to be represented in the catalog.

Note: Even if you choose not to join the Opportunity Catalog, we still need your most recent troop information for insurance purposes.
