As a society, we lose something every time a girl doesn’t raise her hand in school, doesn’t say what’s on her mind, or chooses not to lead. But with you in her life, she’s one step closer to speaking out and leading the way.

Your time as a mentor will give a girl the environment she needs to blossom into her best self, regardless of how she defines it: scientist, business leader, stay-at-home mom, race-car driver, or mayor of your town. You don’t need experience working with girls to be good at this. You just need to believe in the potential of girls and be there to support them.
