Kicking off the 100th anniversary of Girl Scouting at the National Convention in Houston, Texas is one of the most memorable experiences of a lifetime!
A sea of Girl Scouts as far as the eye can see all dressed in uniforms from past to present. As a first time attendee I am inspired by the many powerful women that have come a long way for our Movement and I am proud to be a part of the largest women’s organization in the country.
Participating in the convention has renewed my faith and dedication to my job by reminding me of why I am here and what I can do to provide better leadership and program opportunities to our girls.
